Here are two incredible musicians that, in combination, make PLAYER’S Players of the Day! Chick Corea and Gary Burton are in a league of their own. Their soling and interplay are simply astounding. And as much as I admire Chick, Gary Burton is such an astonishing soloist as to put himself into the Keith Jarrett area of sheer brilliance. When Gary is “on” there simply isn’t anyone to equal him in imprv genius.
