Larry studied Studio Music and Jazz Performance for four years at University of Miami. He moved to the Washington DC/Baltimore area and had his own trio at the famous One Step Down in Washington, DC, for five years. Larry also played in the Allen Houser Quintet in Baltimore for six years. Larry has played at the Kennedy Center for President Carter, played in the Smithsonian Jazz Series and toured throughout Europe and played jazz festivals in Clearwater and Sarasota, Florida. Over the years he worked with Gary Bartz, Larry Golings< Dizzy Gillespie< multi-instrumentalist Ira Sullivan, and Buster Cooper long-time trombonist with Duke Ellington Orchestra.Larry currently endorses Benedetto Guitars and Amps.
